After talking to several people throughout the years about salvation, I have drawn this conclusion. Society as a whole believe almost everyone is on their way to Heaven. That's what I said. The majority of people think that regardless to what you believe or where you attend worship service you will be saved. This is an exact opposite of what Jesus teaches.

Matthew 7:13 Jesus tells us "Wide is the gate, and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat; [14] Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life and few there be that find it."

Just because you go to church and do those things that you are instructed to do, don't mean you will be saved. In Matthew 7:21-23 Jesus tells us of those who pray to him but will be cast into Hell. [21] Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, Sha1l enter into the kingdom of Heaven; but he that doeth the will of my father which is in heaven. [22] Many will say to me in that day, (Judgment Day) Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works? [23] And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: Depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

What Jesus is telling us is this: I have given you a perfect plan of salvation, purchased it with my blood. Do exactly as I have instructed or you will be cast into Hell. Are you really following Jesus' instructions? [l] Are you giving upon the first day of the week as you have .been prospered (I .Corinthian 16: 1-2); are you taking of the Lord's supper just as He instructs m Matthew 26:26-29? Our example, Acts 20:7; Do you study God's Word as Paul instructed Timothy? (II Timothy 2:15).

In Revelation we see how the seven churches in Asia received the truth but added some things they liked in their worship or left something out. And God told diem through John that if they didn't get back on track they would be lost.

The majority of so-called churches of today are man-made social gatherings and the Lord Jesus Christ. not even present in their gatherings. 1. Some have women preachers; 2. some have gays leading the so-called flock; 3. some have all kinds of instrumental music in their worship service 4. some have no idea of how to become a Christian so they let you sign their ledger; 5. some have made their own Bible; and.6. some are leaving God's Word and going to contemporary foolishness. Now comes the big challenge.

Check the assembly where you worship and make sure that everything done is authorized by the Almighty God. If not, you are on the wrong road. No person will ever awake in Heaven, and wonder, how did I get here? But I'm convinced that Hell will be full of good people with good intentions and will wonder how did I get here to this place of punishment?

Jesus said if you want to be His Disciple DENY YOURSELF, pick up your cross and follow Him. (Matthew 16:24). This means forget about your wants and follow Jesus's instructions. May your mind and heart be open as you study God's Word. Today is the day of salvation.
