In Genesis 1:11-12 we read how God made the grass, and the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed was in itself. And the earth brought forth grass, herb yielding seed after his kind, whose seed was in itself.

Did you know that the gospel is the seed of the kingdom of God? That's right!

The word of God is the seed to the kingdom (Luke 8:11).

Now let's take an ear of corn. We take some seed from that ear and plant it here in eastern Kentucky and we will produce corn. Take that same ear and plant the seed in Dalton, Georgia, and we get corn. Take that same seed and plant it over in the Middle East and that seed will produce corn. It will not raise anything else.

When we take the word of God and plant it in a mans heart, it will produce a Christian. No matter where we preach the word of God, in the United States or in another country, when that word is sown in good and honest hearts, it will produce Christians - not anything else, only Christians.

When you become a Christian, the Lord adds you to His church (Acts 2:47). Then the question comes: what about all these man-made churches? They came about by the teaching of false doctrine. False doctrine will not save one single solitary soul. False doctrine has convinced man that one church is as good as another, that one way to heaven is as good as another. The thing wrong with this teaching is that there is only ONE way, and that is Gods way, the Gospel.

Jesus Christ gave us the true way about two thousand years ago, hanging on the cross. Jesus paid for that way with His own blood, and that same blood bought his Church, and it is the only church in the world paid for. Man-made churches, why the devil holds the mortgage and one day he (the devil) will foreclose on that mortgage.

When you stand before Jesus Christ, who will judge the world in righteousness, and are not found in His church, He will say depart into everlasting darkness prepared for the devil and his angels. The devil foreclosed on that mortgage, but you' ve waited too late.

Why not get into the blood bought church? Then when Christ comes back to judge the world, you can hear him say, Come ye blessed of my Father into eternal rest.

The decision is yours. Obey God and reap everlasting life or obey man and reap everlasting damnation. The scripture tells me if something is not of faith, it is sin. This simply means if it is not God's way its wrong, and wrong will not be a good thing in the judgment. Wrong will be lost.

Why not obey God's plan of salvation. Just be a Christian. Give up all man-made religion and win the Crown of Life that awaits those who love and serve the Lord. Just because your religion feels right doesnt make it right. What makes it right? The Word of God is right, and will always be right.

I'll be praying that you turn right, stay right, and you'll be right when the Lord comes to judge the world.
