Little School is a program for 4 & 5 year olds who will not be attending the primary school in the fall. This program
is taught by volunteers from the church and is supported by volunteer donations.
We begin the first class on Friday after Labor Day at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 12 noon. Enrollment is limited to 20 students.
The alphabet is taught, numbers, colors, shapes, and age appropriate concepts also.
Our mornings begin with 15 minutes of play with puzzles or with play-dough. We then have 45 minutes of instruction to
learn the letter of the day, followed by a time of devotion with a Bible concept and songs by our minister. Snacks are provided
then approximately 20 minutes of play in the playroom after which we return to the classroom to continue other instruction
concepts.
This program began in 1986-87 and has been well supported by our community.
